Hi! I love being in DC during the week but maintain balance by being out of town on the weekends. My fallback is my house in Canaan Valley, WV, where there is an amazing community and skiing, climbing, hiking, paddling and biking abound.

I'm a backcountry and resort telemark and cross country skier and whitewater paddler and rower foremost, but I noodle in other activities. I have a number of rescue certifications.

I try my best to be mindful, compassionate, funny, energetic, analytical, laid back and adventurous.

I grew up in the mountains of Vermont, gravitate to the mountains, but enjoy the beach if I can play in the waves and ideally camp out there.
