Powerful legs. 3 miles hill walks or slightly longer 5 miles roughly. Shorter daily strolls or city walks. A history-fan to share English Heritage sites, National Trust. Allows time to soak-up atmosphere. Not too slow, nor too fast walking, unless the weather turns.
