Former international civil servant, fluent in four languages, turned business owner, turned long distance traveller.
My preferred (but non exclusive) diet for the last 30 years is the paradisiac raw ancestral (aka paleo) diet, first described by a famous french theologian in the XVIIth century, and derided by western medicine ever since. Even though it is one of the oldest alternative diet, no scientific experiment has ever been conducted to prove its effectiveness in curing all sorts of diseases !
An antiquarian book collector and self taught historian of medicine, I probably own the largest private collection of "anti-medical" books and pamphlets published between the XVIth c.and the 1960's. Currently writing my first book on the history of human food instinct in an anthropological, medical and philosophical perspective.
