I'm new to the world of outdoors--recently discovered that I love to kayak and like to camp and do some light hiking. I've recently started exploring local state parks around my area. If some of the other interests aren't checked it's because I haven't yet had the opportunity to try them!
I'm a diplomatic, humorous, independent and responsible person who has my act together. I'm looking for someone who is patient (something I'm still working on!), funny, kind and is responsible. I'd like a friend who might be open to taking a relationship to the next step, but isn't in a hurry to do so. I've been divorced for a LONG time and am comfortable with where my life is going but would like someone to join me in the journey.
My two oldest kids live on their own, and my baby bird will be leaving the nest in a couple of years, so I'm ready to focus more on ME and my life. Although raising kids has been great, everything has been so kid focused for so long, it's taking me awhile to get back into finding my own interests. What do you have to show me or to share with me?
