I suppose I should say something clever or funny...don't hold your breath. Here goes.
I am 35, born and raised outside Asheville NC. Being outside and around animals are my favoritethingsin life. I am not looking for a relationship,
but I'm not, not looking either. I think there's a ton of pressure when pursuing someone. Hanging out, doing something two people enjoy, as friends would be fun. While also getting a feel for the other person and seeing if there is chemistry for anything more, eventually. I am in no rush to jump into anything, I am independent and very much happy being alone. If the right person came along, I'm open to being more than friends. I'm not a materialistic person, and I'm not impressed by a car/job/house/zeros or lack thereof in your bank. I enjoy conversation, laughing, and a person just being themselves. If you are polite, respectful, and enjoy the outdoors, surely we can het along. Leave the hum-ho behind.
I am a single mom to my daughter. It's just us and our floofy Himalayan cat. I am shy, and I don't go "out" to places where most people are. I am very laid back, and drama free. I don't have a huge circle of friends and I'm very much ok with that. I'm awkward and weird (I know everyone says this... but I'm being honest) but not a creepy weird. Or at least I don't think so.
Currently I hike alone and I love it, but also would like someone to enjoy it with, and because safety!
