Well I can't say that I am as easy going as I would like to be. I enjoy simple things....maybe to simple for some. Example, I can spend a weekend chopping wood and be completely content with doing that. I like the blisters and sore shoulders that it gives but take pride in how much I get done or how big the pile of wood is...weird huh.
I like pretty much anything outdoors all though I tend to focus on one thing a do it a lot.
I spend any free time I get up in Utah at my cabin. I ride quads, snowmobiles, hike, moutain bike, and going on motorcycle rides.
I think winter is the purest time of the year. Go figure I live in the desert ha! I love snow I will play in it and shovel it I don't care its just awesome. I use to ski a lot that is until I rode a snowmobile and I was hooked. The outdoors never looks more perfect than it does with a blanket of snow on it and your out on riding on it.
Things I would like to do more is water rafting/kayaking and moutain climbing. Also some day I want to boat up the West Coast to Alaska and as far as possible.
