I enjoy traveling with friends and discovering new places.
I have been to a number of countries in Europe, the Bahamas, Nicaragua, Canada, Japan, Mexico, and Hong Kong. I have traveled to many interesting places within the US. I love camping; I have participated in all types of camping: primitive, car camping, pop-up, RV, but my favorite is backpacking.
I like to hike in the woods, especially in the mountains. I have orienteered for 35 years and have coached two high school teams to National Championships in competitve Orienteering. I love trivia and have been ona competitive team for years.
I enjoy spending time in, on and below the water and have done a lot of kayaking, intense white water, back in the day, and more laid back kayaking of late. I also enjoy canoeing, rafting, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
I have been a whitewater kayaking, canoeing, and Orienteering instructors.
I am fun and funny. I enjoy learning new things and like meeting other interesting and kind people.
